Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures</li><li>Conduct inspections of ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams on quality-related matters</li><li>Ensure all materials used at site are approved and comply with project requirements</li><li>Conduct site inspections and witness tests as per approved ITPs</li><li>Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure</li><li>Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and records</li><li>Monitor workmanship standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, local authority requirements, and project specifications</li><li>Provide guidance and training to site staff on quality requirements</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;7 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects in the UAE</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards</li><li>Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements</li><li>Experience in handling consultants and client inspections</li><li>Proficiency in preparing QA/QC reports and documentation</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
