Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Rigging Machine Operator to operate and maintain the SANY SR235 (2025 model) for heavy lifting and rigging operations on construction and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate the SANY SR235 rigging machine safely and efficiently.</li><li>Set up rigging systems, slings, chains, and lifting accessories.</li><li>Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on the SR235.</li><li>Follow lifting plans, load charts, and site safety procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors.</li><li>Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4 years experience operating heavy rigging or piling machines.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with SANY SR235 or similar models (preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and lifting safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read lifting plans and follow instructions accurately.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.</li><li>Valid UAE rigging/machine operation certification (preferred).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Rigging &amp; lifting operations</li><li>Equipment handling (SANY SR235)</li><li>Safety awareness</li><li>Team coordination</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Rigging Machine Operator

<ul><li>Coordinate procurement activities for electromechanical projects, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, including conducting evaluations and performance reviews.</li><li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and procurement costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.</li><li>Mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions and quality issues.</li><li>Ensure that purchased materials and equipment meet required quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for material and equipment delivery to project sites.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project objectives and timelines.</li><li>Can join immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,500.00 per month
