In addition, you will cross-sell Mutual Fund and Insurance products to clients who are ready to grow their wealth or protect their future, ensuring a 360&deg; financial solution approach.Key Responsibilities1. Stock Market Course Counselling (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Counsel and guide students, professionals, and investors on the right stock market programs &mdash; from beginner to advanced levels.</li><li>Understand each prospect&rsquo;s learning goals, financial awareness, and career aspirations.</li><li>Present program features, outcomes, and success stories clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Manage inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and webinars, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed admissions, meeting and exceeding monthly enrolment targets.</li><li>Maintain records in the CRM system and report conversion performance regularly.</li></ul>2. Mutual Fund &amp; Insurance Advisory (Secondary Focus)<ul><li>Identify clients interested in building long-term wealth or securing financial protection.</li><li>Introduce suitable Mutual Fund plans (SIP, ELSS, Hybrid, etc.) and Insurance products (Term, Health, Motor, etc.) aligned with their goals and risk profiles.</li><li>Complete KYC, documentation, and onboarding for MF and insurance policies as per SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI guidelines.</li><li>Ensure clear communication about returns, risk, tenure, and benefits to build lasting client trust.</li><li>Track renewals, SIP continuations, and policy persistency for higher retention and cross-selling opportunities.</li></ul>3. Lead Management &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools, maintaining a structured follow-up cycle.</li><li>Convert inquiries into sales through active engagement, education, and value-based counselling.</li><li>Achieve monthly targets for course enrolments, SIP registrations, and insurance sales.</li><li>Provide feedback to the marketing and operations team to improve funnel quality and conversion rates.</li></ul>4.
