Role Overview
As a Stock Market Admission Counsellor (Mutual Fund & Insurance), your primary responsibility will be to guide and convert students for Bull Bear Cubs’ stock market courses.
In addition, you will cross-sell Mutual Fund and Insurance products to clients who are ready to grow their wealth or protect their future, ensuring a 360° financial solution approach.
Key Responsibilities1. Stock Market Course Counselling (Primary Focus)
- Counsel and guide students, professionals, and investors on the right stock market programs — from beginner to advanced levels.
- Understand each prospect’s learning goals, financial awareness, and career aspirations.
- Present program features, outcomes, and success stories clearly and persuasively.
- Manage inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and webinars, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions, meeting and exceeding monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain records in the CRM system and report conversion performance regularly.
2. Mutual Fund & Insurance Advisory (Secondary Focus)
- Identify clients interested in building long-term wealth or securing financial protection.
- Introduce suitable Mutual Fund plans (SIP, ELSS, Hybrid, etc.) and Insurance products (Term, Health, Motor, etc.) aligned with their goals and risk profiles.
- Complete KYC, documentation, and onboarding for MF and insurance policies as per SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI guidelines.
- Ensure clear communication about returns, risk, tenure, and benefits to build lasting client trust.
- Track renewals, SIP continuations, and policy persistency for higher retention and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools, maintaining a structured follow-up cycle.
- Convert inquiries into sales through active engagement, education, and value-based counselling.
- Achieve monthly targets for course enrolments, SIP registrations, and insurance sales.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and operations team to improve funnel quality and conversion rates.
4. Webinars, Workshops & Community Engagement
- Represent Bull Bear Cubs in online/offline events, orientations, and live Q&A sessions.
- Build rapport with learners and help strengthen Bull Bear Cubs’ 1,00,000+ trader community.
- Share success stories and student achievements to inspire new learners.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Education counselling or financial course sales, OR
- Mutual Fund / Insurance advisory, OR
- Financial product or trading-related roles.
- Strong understanding of stock market basics, investments, and financial products.
- AMFI/NISM/IRDAI certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Confident, empathetic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
- Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
