We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an IT company and hands-on experience hiring software developers and technical professionals.This is a remote, part-time role, suitable for someone who can independently manage the hiring lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles</li><li>Source and screen candidates (Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps, etc.)</li><li>Post job listings across multiple platforms</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate evaluations</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records</li><li>Assist in onboarding selected candidates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven HR experience in an IT or software company</li><li>Strong experience hiring developers and technical roles</li><li>Understanding of software development roles &amp; technologies</li><li>Excellent communication and interviewing skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Work Mode: Remote</li><li>Job Type: Part-Time</li><li>Working Hours: Flexible</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Rawalpindi
