HR Executive (Remote, Part-time role)

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an IT company and hands-on experience hiring software developers and technical professionals.

This is a remote, part-time role, suitable for someone who can independently manage the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles
• Source and screen candidates (Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Post job listings across multiple platforms
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate evaluations
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
• Assist in onboarding selected candidates

Requirements:

• Proven HR experience in an IT or software company
• Strong experience hiring developers and technical roles
• Understanding of software development roles & technologies
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
