People Operations Manager HR (onsite/Night Shift)

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused People Operations Manager to lead and optimize our employee lifecycle processes. This role will be responsible for driving employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and building a strong company culture aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities1️ Talent & Workforce Management

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning
• Improve employer branding and talent retention strategies

2️ Employee Experience & Engagement

• Lead employee engagement initiatives
• Design recognition and retention programs
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues

3️ HR Operations & Compliance

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

4️ Performance & Development

• Manage performance appraisal systems
• Support leadership development and training programs
• Drive continuous feedback culture

5️ Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Oversee payroll processing and benefits management
• Manage compensation structures and salary benchmarking

6️ HR Systems & Reporting

• Manage HRIS and people analytics
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HR / People Operations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High level of confidentiality and integrity

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
