Purpose Church is seeking a versatile and motivated Video &amp; Media Production Technician to become a key player on our creative media team. This paid position is ideal for someone who is passionate about all aspects of video production&mdash;from live switching and camera operation to capturing content for social media and beyond. You will be crucial in creating a dynamic and engaging visual experience for both our in-person congregation and our growing online community. If you love technology, storytelling, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to use your gifts for ministry!Responsibilities<ul><li>Live Production: Operate professional video cameras and serve as a technical director (TD) on the video switcher to produce our live Sunday broadcast.</li><li>Setup &amp; Breakdown: Assist with the setup, testing, and breakdown of all video production equipment, including cameras, switchers, and livestream encoders.</li><li>Content Capture: Film high-quality b-roll and &quot;social-ready&quot; clips during services for use on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Audio Director and media team to ensure the visual production aligns with and enhances the worship experience.</li><li>Equipment Stewardship: Help maintain and organize video equipment to ensure everything is service-ready.</li><li>Creative Input: Contribute ideas for how to visually tell the story of Purpose Church.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with or a strong desire to learn live video production equipment (cameras, switchers, livestream software).</li><li>An eye for compelling composition, framing, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills; a collaborative spirit is essential.</li><li>A heart for ministry and a desire to serve behind the scenes.</li><li>Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.</li></ul>Commitment &amp; Compensation<ul><li>This is a paid, part-time position.</li><li>Primary Commitment: Sundays, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM.</li><li>Flexible Opportunities: Additional paid hours may be available for special events and projects.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply for this position directly through Indeed.
