Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive environment where every individual feels valued and supported.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times</li><li>Support childhood development through age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and address behavioral challenges effectively</li><li>Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in accordance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Use your expertise in early childhood education to teach foundational skills and foster curiosity through play-based learning experiences</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting roles, or nannying positions is highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices</li><li>Experience with behavior management techniques tailored for young children</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous to ensure quick response during emergencies</li><li>Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs enhances your ability to provide inclusive care</li><li>Classroom experience or daycare background provides valuable insight into child supervision and activity planning</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, team members, and children</li></ul>Join us as a Caregiver to inspire growth, nurture potential, and create joyful moments every day!Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
