Job Title: Civil Engineer Supervisor Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years CTC: Up to &#8377;90,000 per monthOverview:The company is involved in large-scale government infrastructure projects and is looking for a Civil Engineer Supervisor to manage end-to-end site execution. The role requires strong experience in Civil, MEP, and Interior works along with hands-on supervision, coordination, and compliance management. This position includes initial training in Gurgaon and Bangalore before transitioning into a permanent role based in Bangalore.Key Responsibilities: Site Execution &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Oversee daily construction activities as per project plans.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.</li><li>Track site progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.</li><li>Manage execution of Civil, MEP, and Interior work with accuracy and quality.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance Control<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections to verify quality and adherence to standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety norms, and project specifications.</li><li>Identify technical issues and provide timely resolutions.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain site documentation and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</li><li>Work with design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure material availability.</li><li>Support audits and inspections conducted by government authorities.</li></ul>Team Handling<ul><li>Supervise site labor, technicians, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to timelines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision/execution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Interior works.</li><li>Experience in government projects is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to read drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work methodologies.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and leadership ability.</li><li>Team-handling capability across multiple work fronts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 25/11/2025
