Overview:

The company is involved in large-scale government infrastructure projects and is looking for a Civil Engineer Supervisor to manage end-to-end site execution. The role requires strong experience in Civil, MEP, and Interior works along with hands-on supervision, coordination, and compliance management. This position includes initial training in Gurgaon and Bangalore before transitioning into a permanent role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee daily construction activities as per project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Track site progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Manage execution of Civil, MEP, and Interior work with accuracy and quality.

Quality & Compliance Control

• Conduct routine inspections to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Identify technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain site documentation and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Work with design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure material availability.
• Support audits and inspections conducted by government authorities.

Team Handling

• Supervise site labor, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision/execution.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Interior works.
• Experience in government projects is mandatory.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership ability.
• Team-handling capability across multiple work fronts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
