Job Overview:Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team.This part-time position includes:<ul><li>Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM &ndash; 12:30 PM</li><li>Weekday evening shifts: Monday through Friday, with shifts ending as late as 8:30 PM</li><li>Flexibility to occasionally cover daytime shifts and substitute when needed</li></ul>The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to help achieve sales and membership goals.Duties<ul><li>Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.</li><li>Reliable enough to open or close the studio.</li><li>Effectively communicate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.</li><li>Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.</li><li>Maintain the organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring stock levels are adequate.</li><li>Operate the pos accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash responsibly.</li><li>Address member inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of member satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Organize equipment baskets, keep supplies stocked and the studio tidy.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with members effectively.</li><li>Proven experience in fitness sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.</li><li>Ability to upsell products and enhance the member experience.</li><li>Familiarity with POS operations and basic financial transactions.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times.</li><li>Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus.</li><li>A proactive approach to maintaining stock levels and merchandising standards within the store.</li></ul>Join our team as a Front Desk Associate where your contributions will directly impact our members' experiences and drive our business success!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>4 hour shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Shifts commonly needing coverage are evening shifts Monday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday morning shifts.
