Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team.

This part-time position includes:

• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Weekday evening shifts: Monday through Friday, with shifts ending as late as 8:30 PM
• Flexibility to occasionally cover daytime shifts and substitute when needed

The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to help achieve sales and membership goals.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Reliable enough to open or close the studio.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain the organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Operate the pos accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash responsibly.
• Address member inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize equipment baskets, keep supplies stocked and the studio tidy.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with members effectively.
• Proven experience in fitness sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to upsell products and enhance the member experience.
• Familiarity with POS operations and basic financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus.
• A proactive approach to maintaining stock levels and merchandising standards within the store.
