This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to grow their career in administrative support within a vibrant work environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurate and easily accessible.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.</li><li>Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly and professional attitude.</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring all correspondence meets quality standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office or clerical experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and basic bookkeeping is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain high standards of accuracy in proofreading and data entry tasks.
