<div><b>Role Overview:
</b></div><div>We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage Vendor MIS operations (80%) and support HR MIS reporting (20%). The role requires strong expertise in Excel, working knowledge of Power BI, and hands-on experience in managing vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and HR data reporting.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:
</b></div><div><b>&ecirc;&frac14;&iexcl; Vendor MIS (80%)
</b></div><div>&iuml;&middot; Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on approved business requirements</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Follow up with the Procurement team for timely generation of Purchase Orders (POs).</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Share the finalized PO with vendors and obtain necessary confirmations.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice submission, validation, and payment processing.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Track the complete PR&acirc;PO&acirc;Invoice&acirc;Payment lifecycle through a centralized tracker.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Prepare and maintain vendor payout reports and reconciliation statements.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Validate salary components (Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, etc.) for vendor payout calculations.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Monitor onboarding, attrition, and vendor performance metrics impacting payouts.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Generate periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of vendor-related data.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
&ecirc;&frac14;&iexcl; HR MIS (20%)
</b></div><div>&iuml;&middot; Maintain HR Recruitment Related Reports</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Supporting in monthly HR dashboards and analytical reports.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Support workforce planning and HR data analysis.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Ensure data integrity and timely submission of HR reports to stakeholders.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications:
</b></div><div>&iuml;&middot; Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Statistics preferred).</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; 2&acirc;4 years of experience in Vendor MIS / HR MIS / HR Operations.</div><div><b>
</b></div><div><b>Required Skills:</b></div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Level): o Pivot Tables o VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP o IF formulas o Data validation o Data reconciliation</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Hands-on / working knowledge of Power BI.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Strong analytical and numerical skills.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; High attention to detail and data accuracy.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Good written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>
&iuml;&middot; Ability to manage multiple reports and coordinate across Procurement, Finance, Vendors, and HR teams.</div></div>
