HR Vendor MIS Executive / Analyst
Role Split: 80% Vendor MIS | 20% HR MIS

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage Vendor MIS operations (80%) and support HR MIS reporting (20%). The role requires strong expertise in Excel, working knowledge of Power BI, and hands-on experience in managing vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and HR data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
꼡 Vendor MIS (80%)
 Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on approved business requirements
 Follow up with the Procurement team for timely generation of Purchase Orders (POs).
 Share the finalized PO with vendors and obtain necessary confirmations.
 Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice submission, validation, and payment processing.
 Track the complete PR–PO–Invoice–Payment lifecycle through a centralized tracker.
 Prepare and maintain vendor payout reports and reconciliation statements.
 Validate salary components (Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, etc.) for vendor payout calculations.
 Monitor onboarding, attrition, and vendor performance metrics impacting payouts.
 Generate periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
 Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of vendor-related data.

꼡 HR MIS (20%)
 Maintain HR Recruitment Related Reports
 Supporting in monthly HR dashboards and analytical reports.
 Support workforce planning and HR data analysis.
 Ensure data integrity and timely submission of HR reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
 Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Statistics preferred).
 2–4 years of experience in Vendor MIS / HR MIS / HR Operations.
Required Skills:
 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Level): o Pivot Tables o VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP o IF formulas o Data validation o Data reconciliation
 Hands-on / working knowledge of Power BI.
 Strong analytical and numerical skills.
 High attention to detail and data accuracy.
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to manage multiple reports and coordinate across Procurement, Finance, Vendors, and HR teams.
