Full job descriptionAt Q Energy Pvt Ltd, we are actively seeking for an energetic and results-driven Solar Sale Person. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar solutions to businesses and EPC. We are looking for candidates with a background in solar sales, though experience in sales from any industry or call center will be highly regarded.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop customized solar solutions based on customer needs and preferences.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.</li><li>Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.</li><li>Meet/ exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any field/renewable energy, engineering, sales, marketing, or environmental sciences. (A-Levels will also be considered with strong sales background)</li><li>Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Knowledge of solar energy systems and familiarity with solar financing options and incentives is preferred.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li><li>Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Desirable: Experience in solar sales. </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
