At Q Energy Pvt Ltd, we are actively seeking for an energetic and results-driven Solar Sale Person. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar solutions to businesses and EPC. We are looking for candidates with a background in solar sales, though experience in sales from any industry or call center will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized solar solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.
  • Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Meet/ exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field/renewable energy, engineering, sales, marketing, or environmental sciences. (A-Levels will also be considered with strong sales background)
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and familiarity with solar financing options and incentives is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Desirable: Experience in solar sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per year
