You will work closely with our HR,supporting core HR functions while developing your professional skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection. Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers. Manage the onboarding process for new employees. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement. Support initiatives for corporate culture development. Performance Management Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation processes. Help with goal-setting and performance improvement initiatives. HR Policies and Compliance Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs. Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.HR Administration &amp; Payroll Process HR-related documentation and reports. Assist with payroll administration and benefits managementQualifications UG/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic HR Planning &amp; Leadership&#8232;Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.&#8232;Serve as a business partner to management for workforce planning and talent strategy.&#8232;2. Recruitment &amp; Talent ManagementOversee end-to-end recruitment for all technical and non-technical roles.&#8232;Develop hiring strategies, manage onboarding, and ensure cultural fit.&#8232;3.
