This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively environment, helping clients look and feel their best with every visit.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel x, builder gel, and nail art with precision and creativity</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide personalized care</li><li>Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services</li><li>Promote retail sales of nail care products and accessories through effective upselling strategies</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations</li><li>Support team members with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or skin treatments when qualified</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs and art</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction</li><li>Proficiency in sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment for clients and staff</li><li>Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing with specialization in nail care</li><li>Ability to perform advanced services such as gel application, acrylics, and nail enhancements like hair extensions or threading when applicable</li><li>Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math for maximizing product recommendations</li><li>Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or other advanced skin procedures is a plus</li><li>Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and engaging with diverse clients</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering top-tier service!
