Call for Freelancers &amp; Production PartnersWe are a leading safety training and compliance education company seeking to collaborate with freelance animators, video editors, and animation studios for the production of AI-driven, animated safety training and explainer videos.This engagement focuses on digital-first video production no live filming required. Partners will work with scripts, safety guidelines, and instructional material to produce scalable, high-quality training content.Selected freelancers / partners will be responsible for:<ul><li>Creating 2D / 3D animated safety training videos and explainer content</li><li>Developing storyboards and visual concepts aligned with safety protocols</li><li>Sourcing and integrating stock footage, AI-generated visuals, and voiceovers</li><li>Producing videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video platforms</li><li>Creating motion graphics, callouts, and explainer animations</li><li>Adding interactive elements (quizzes, branching scenarios, annotations) where required</li><li>Managing revisions, timelines, and organized delivery of project assets</li><li>Ensuring content is mobile-friendly, accessible, and compliance-focused</li></ul>Video &amp; Animation Expertise<ul><li>Strong experience in long-form video editing</li><li>2D Animation tools: After Effects, Adobe Animate, Vyond</li><li>3D Animation (as needed): Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya</li><li>Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition</li></ul>AI &amp; Interactive Tools (Preferred)<ul><li>Experience with AI tools such as Runway ML, Synthesia, Pictory, Lumen5</li><li>Familiarity with interactive learning platforms: Camtasia, PlayPosit, Articulate Storyline, Edpuzzle</li></ul>Instructional Mindset<ul><li>Ability to simplify complex safety procedures into clear visual narratives</li><li>Understanding of adult learning and compliance-driven content</li><li>Interest in technology, AI, and future-focused digital learning formats</li></ul>Engagement Model<ul><li>Project-based / Milestone-based delivery</li><li>Freelancers, small teams, and animation studios welcome</li><li>Long-term collaboration opportunities for reliable partners</li><li>Remote work with coordination during overlapping business hours</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested freelancers or production partners may share:<ul><li>Portfolio / showreel (Vimeo, Behance, Google Drive, etc.)</li><li>Brief overview of services and team size (if applicable)</li><li>Relevant experience in animation, explainer videos, or training content</li></ul>Email: jobs@q-sols.com Or register : https://forms.gle/5L23AvTvtBzSZSbn9Shortlisted partners will be contacted for further discussion.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
