One of our flagship enterprise products is a market-leading health and safety training platform trusted by major US and European construction, engineering, and manufacturing firms. We are currently rebuilding the foundation of this platform—and our broader product ecosystem—to integrate autonomous AI agents, dynamic regulatory compliance scrapers, and automated private-label deployment engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Agentic Infrastructure: Design and implement specialized AI agents capable of parsing shifting federal OSHA/EPA regulations, updating course logic dynamically, and interacting intelligently with enterprise B2B ecosystems.
• Modern Full-Stack Development: Ship robust, scalable microservices and serverless architectures. Optimize backends for low-latency multi-agent communication and frontends for seamless UX.
• Scale Private-Label Automation: Refine and scale our automated white-label systems, making it effortless for external enterprise organizations to deploy bespoke versions of our platforms.
• Evolve the Engineering Pipeline: Work at the bleeding edge of the Agentic Development Life Cycle, actively using AI to multiply your development output while maintaining flawless architectural integrity and test automation.

Technical Requirements

• Core Stack: Strong proficiency in modern enterprise web development (Node.js, Python, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native architecture).
• AI Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.), vector databases, semantic search, and structured prompt evaluation.
• System Design: Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, API design (REST/GraphQL), and distributed system performance.
• Mindset: An aggressive learner who values technical autonomy, picks up new frameworks in an afternoon, and thrives in an agile, high-trust environment.
