About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern enterprise applications that power our ERP and business systems. This role combines deep backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architectures with strong frontend capabilities in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

You'll work across the entire technology stack, building high-performance APIs, scalable microservices, intuitive user interfaces, and data-driven enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end, from database design and backend architecture to frontend implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build event-driven architectures and data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Develop integrations with ERP systems and enterprise business workflows.
• Design and implement clean, secure, and well-documented REST APIs and/or gRPC services.
• Model, optimize, and maintain relational databases with a focus on performance, scalability, and transactional integrity.
• Implement multi-tenant data architectures and tenant isolation strategies.
• Ensure services are observable, resilient, and production-ready through logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Architect reusable UI components and scalable frontend systems.
• Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR using the Next.js App Router.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and SEO.
• Translate design specifications into pixel-perfect user experiences.
• Manage client-side and server-side state using modern state management solutions.

Required Qualifications Backend Expertise

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating production-grade microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and event-driven design patterns.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems and business-critical enterprise workflows.
• Deep expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or similar:
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.Frontend Expertise
• Strong experience building production applications with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proficiency with modern styling solutions including Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or CSS-in-JS.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf).
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo, urql).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries such as Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or MUI.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
