Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman with strong experience in HVAC systems and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical drawings, coordination layouts, and as-built documentation in line with project specifications and industry standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, sections, and schematics (ducting, piping, ventilation layouts, etc.).</li><li>Produce MEP coordination drawings ensuring clash-free integration with architectural, structural, and other services.</li><li>Generate detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for fit-out and mechanical works.</li><li>Update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, or design changes.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of drawings.</li><li>Maintain drawing registers and ensure compliance with company drafting standards.</li><li>Ensure all layouts meet industry codes, safety requirements, and project specifications.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of relevant experience in MEP/HVAC drafting, preferably within fit-out environments.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct routing, equipment sizing, and basic load calculations.</li><li>Experience preparing coordination drawings for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
