The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in the HVAC/R industryMinimum 15 years in sales of HVAC/R parts, refrigeration products, or related systems. Strong understanding of HVAC/R components, cold room systems, and industry standards.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding client networks. Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building skills, Ability to lead a team, strategize business growth, and manage key accounts.Promote and sell refrigeration &amp; air conditioning parts to contractors, OEMs, and distributors.
