Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with extensive mechanical engineering experience to manage MEP construction projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications.
• Manage project costs and coordinate material procurement.
• Attend project meetings and submit progress reports.
• Ensure achievement of the highest productivity with the entire team.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure timely project completion without penalties.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP projects, especially commercial buildings, warehouse buildings, and data centers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
