This role focuses on developing designs for production at scale, ensuring both style and manufacturability meet market demands.PLEASE SEND YOUR CV ON WHATSAPP : +923360004699Responsibilities<ul><li>Research global and local fashion trends to design apparel collections that resonate with our target market.</li><li>Develop seasonal mood boards, sketches, and digital designs that reflect the brand&rsquo;s identity.</li><li>Create detailed tech packs and specifications for manufacturers to ensure accurate production.</li><li>Select fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for large-scale apparel manufacturing.</li><li>Collaborate with product development and production teams to maintain cost efficiency while upholding quality.</li><li>Oversee sample development and participate in fit sessions, making revisions to achieve the best results.</li><li>Monitor competitors and fast-fashion trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.</li><li>Ensure consistency in design language across collections while allowing room for creativity.</li><li>Work with marketing and creative teams to bring collections to life in campaigns and lookbooks.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in apparel/fashion brand design (not boutique tailoring).</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-ready designs suitable for scaled production.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D).</li><li>Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and mass production workflows.</li><li>Strong trend forecasting, color theory, and silhouette development skills.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple collections simultaneously.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a growing apparel brand with global aspirations.</li><li>Hybrid work model (Lahore office + remote flexibility).</li><li>Opportunity to shape future collections and influence the brand&rsquo;s creative direction.</li><li>Creative, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and scalability.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
