Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing fintech company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and promoting the Company's products and services. The candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the Company's growth objectives. Sales Executive

We are looking for a capable and experienced HR Officer to independently manage the full spectrum of human resources functions within our organization. This is a generalist role requiring hands-on involvement across all HR pillars &mdash; from talent acquisition and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of Qatar's labor law, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Talent acquisition &amp; recruitment<ul><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions</li><li>Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies</li><li>Conduct pre-employment background checks and reference verification</li><li>Maintain a talent pipeline and applicant tracking records</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; offboarding<ul><li>Coordinate structured onboarding programs for all new hires including orientation and documentation</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and new joiner packs in compliance with Qatar Labor Law</li><li>Manage clearance processes, exit interviews, and final settlement calculations upon separation</li><li>Ensure smooth visa, QID, and work permit processing for incoming employees</li></ul>Government relations &amp; PRO coordination<ul><li>Liaise with MADLSA (Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs) on labor matters</li><li>Assist in processing, renew, and cancel visas, work permits, residence permits, and Qatar IDs via Metrash2 and government portals</li><li>Coordinate with PRO for all government-related documentation and approvals</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Qatar immigration and labor regulations</li></ul>Payroll &amp; compensation administration<ul><li>Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate salary processing in compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS)</li><li>Maintain compensation records</li><li>Assist in processing end-of-service gratuity calculations</li></ul>Employee relations &amp; engagement<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances</li><li>Investigate and resolve workplace disputes in a fair, timely, and confidential manner</li><li>Implement and administer disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and labor law</li><li>Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment across all levels of the organization</li></ul>Performance management<ul><li>Administer bi-annual performance appraisal cycles</li><li>Support managers in setting KPIs for their teams</li><li>Monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs) and provide guidance to the managers</li><li>Maintain performance records</li></ul>Learning &amp; development<ul><li>Identify training needs through appraisal outcomes and departmental feedback</li><li>Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and external development programs</li><li>Manage training calendars and post-training evaluations</li><li>Support succession planning and career development discussions</li></ul>HR compliance &amp; policy<ul><li>Ensure all HR practices comply with Qatar Labor Law No. 14 of 2004 and its amendments</li><li>Draft, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures</li><li>Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with legal requirements</li><li>Conduct internal HR audits and ensure documentation is complete and up to date</li></ul>HR information systems &amp; reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records</li><li>Generate regular HR reports including headcount, turnover, leave, and compliance dashboards</li><li>Manage leave administration (annual, sick, maternity, emergency) and attendance tracking</li><li>Support HR digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; experience<ul><li>Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of generalist HR experience</li><li>Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Qatar Labor Law</li><li>Experience with government portals: Metrash2, Hukoomi, MADLSA</li><li>Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism</li></ul>Key competencies<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently</li><li>Sound judgment and problem-solving ability</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Empathy and employee-centric mindset</li><li>Cultural sensitivity in a diverse workplace</li><li>Proactive and solutions-oriented approach</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li></ul>Work Location: In person
