Qatar National Cement Company hires IT and cybersecurity professionals to support its cement plant operations, ERP systems (SAP), and industrial infrastructure.A Plant Operator in a cement company like QNCC is responsible for running and monitoring the production process (cement manufacturing plant operations).Core Duties:Operate plant equipment (crushers, kilns, conveyors, mills)Monitor and control production systems (often from control room / CCR)Adjust process parameters to maintain production efficiencyCoordinate with field technicians and shift supervisorsRecord production data and maintain logsInspect plant machinery and report abnormalitiesPerform start-up and shutdown of equipmentFollow strict safety and environmental proceduresIn control-room roles (CCR Operator), responsibilities include:Operating multiple plant sections from a central systemMonitoring temperature, pressure, and flow levelsOptimizing plant performance and outputSkills &amp; Requirements:Diploma or degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering)Experience in cement or heavy industry (usually 2&ndash;8 years)Knowledge of plant systems (kiln, raw mill, packing plant)Basic computer / control system skills (DCS/SCADA)Strong problem-solving and safety awarenessJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
