feedback and ensure that guests have enjoyed their dining experience.</li><li>Present check to guests, collect their payment, and settle the bill.</li><li>Report any misunderstanding, problem, or accident with guests or staff to the supervisors.</li><li>Take responsibility for all service preparations, before, during and after the service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scene).</li><li>Control cost by minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.</li><li>Take co-responsibility for the correct handling of all food stock and equipment in the outlet.</li><li>Remove dishes and glasses from the tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.</li><li>Make clearance and reset tables and side stations.</li><li>Return and exchange soiled linen.</li><li>Polish the outlet&rsquo;s glassware, crockery, and cutlery.</li><li>Refill condiments and fold napkins.</li><li>Set up, stock, and maintain the working area.</li><li>Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware before use.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day and practice clean-as-you-go procedures.</li><li>Carry out a quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly inventory check of the operating equipment.</li><li>Ensure that the F&amp;B Service team projects a warm, professional, and welcoming image of the outlet.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or relevant certification is preferred</li><li>At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position</li><li>Food &amp;  This role defines content pillars, platform strategies, publishing frameworks, audience segmentation approaches, and performance optimization plans across the full portfolio. It is responsible for translating brand and business priorities &mdash; set by Brand Managers and senior leadership &mdash; into cohesive digital storytelling strategies that drive measurable growth, engagement, and demand.
 
 
 The Social Media &amp; Content Strategist works closely with Brand Managers to ensure social and content plans are aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives. The role also partners with PR &amp; Communications to integrate earned media narratives into digital content, and with Digital &amp; Performance Marketing to align organic and paid strategies.
 
 
 Beyond strategy, this role is responsible for briefing content production teams, setting quality and platform standards, and ensuring that agency-produced content meets the same benchmarks as in-house work.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

 8 to 10 years of experience in social media strategy and digital content development, with progressive responsibility

 Proven experience leading social media and content strategy across multi-brand or multi-channel portfolios
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of analytics tools, platform insights, and content performance measurement
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience briefing and directing content production teams, including video, design, and copywriting

 Experience setting standards for and overseeing agency-produced social media content
