As a Visitor Services Coordinator you will be located inside one of our Museums and below more details on the role.Role Overview: The Visitor Services Coordinator provides exceptional visitor experience and customer service to museum visitors. The Demi Chef De Partie is responsible for cooking and serving the food according to the restaurant&rsquo;s quality and service standards. The role requires training of kitchen line staff as directed by the Chef, as well as receiving and arranging food storage and maintaining safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas.Operational Activities:<ul><li>Cooks and serves food according to the restaurant&rsquo;s quality and service standards set by the Chefs. Receives, orders, and arranges storage of food. Maintains safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas.</li><li>Prepares and cooks high-quality food according to menu guidelines and recipes.</li><li>Supervises Commis on the Kitchen Team. Helps to create good communication between floor and kitchen staff and within the kitchen.</li><li>Receives and accounts for supplies and deliveries. Assists with regular stock takes.</li><li>Assists with training staff, including any apprentices and trainees.</li><li>Follows correct hygienic food handling practices.
