Qcare Connect Inc. is seeking a California-licensed RN experienced in home health care for a Director of Patient Care Services position.Job Title: RN Director of Patient Care Services - Home Health<ul><li>Job Type: per diem with great potential for growth!</li></ul>Pay: $65-$150 per hour.Qualifications:1- A current CA-licensed RN.2- A Baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing.3- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in (A Home Healthcare Agency,primary care clinic or health facility).Experience:One (1 ) year experience with supervision of professional administrative and field personnel.Benefits:Other bonus upon passing CHAP survey.Responsibilities: - Perform care as defined within the scope of the state's nurse practice act - Assists in the development of organizational goals. Recommends and administers agency policies and procedures - Supervises, educates and coaches other nursing personnel/paraprofessional staff - Assists with in-services and training programs - Assists with maintenance of client clinical records, statistics, and reporting requirements - Perform SOC/evaluation/recertification visits and regularly re-evaluates the patient's nursing needs. - Prepares clinical and progress notes and summaries of care- Other functions as assigned by DPCS/executive managementPay: $65.00 - $150.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Home health: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Registered Nurse (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Corona, CA 92882 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Corona, CA 92882
