RN Director of Patient Care Services - Home Health Agency

Qcare Connect Inc. is seeking a California-licensed RN experienced in home health care for a Director of Patient Care Services position.

Job Title: RN Director of Patient Care Services - Home Health

• Job Type: per diem with great potential for growth!

Pay: $65-$150 per hour.

Qualifications:

1- A current CA-licensed RN.

2- A Baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing.

3- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in (A Home Healthcare Agency,

primary care clinic or health facility).

Experience:

One (1 ) year experience with supervision of professional administrative and field personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Perform care as defined within the scope of the state's nurse practice act
- Assists in the development of organizational goals. Recommends and administers agency policies and procedures
- Supervises, educates and coaches other nursing personnel/paraprofessional staff
- Assists with in-services and training programs
- Assists with maintenance of client clinical records, statistics, and reporting requirements
- Perform SOC/evaluation/recertification visits and regularly re-evaluates the patient's nursing needs.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes and summaries of care

- Other functions as assigned by DPCS/executive management

Pay: $65.00 - $150.00 per hour
