<ul><li>Ensuring that every patient in the clinic is made to feel comfortable and cared for during their first visit and thereafter every appointment.</li><li>Assisting patients in filling forms required by the Doctor for the first consultation, by explaining to them components that they are unclear about.</li><li>Understanding from patients their chief concerns, their history and providing the doctor with all the relevant information to ensure that the Doctor has a better understanding of the patient</li><li>Educating patients in simple words the treatment approach, the pricing in details, the expected recovery and all other details enabling patients to make an informed decision</li><li>Ensuring that all sales interactions are done in a patient-centric approach</li><li>Assuring patients basis their diagnosis, treatment prescription on their recovery and convincing them to take the treatment program; including sharing success stories, cracking barriers and involving the Doctor where needed to clarify clinical doubts</li><li>Convincing patients to commit to the treatment program and ensuring they complete it to experience recovery</li><li>Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts</li><li>Prioritize patient satisfaction throughout the patient journey to build long-term relationships</li><li>Collaborate with calendar management team to optimize scheduling and streamline patient interactions</li><li>Ensure a professional and well-maintained appearance personally and collaborate closely with doctors, housekeeping staff, support functions, and other team members to keep the clinic premises welcoming and to create a patient-centric environment</li><li>Responsible for day-to-day operations &amp; overall financial performance of the clinic</li><li>Maintain counselor reports daily</li><li>Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing)</li><li>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</li><li>HSC/Graduate</li><li>Must know Microsoft Excel</li><li>Previous experience in patient counseling, customer service, or related roles, with a focus on grooming</li><li>Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care</li><li>Software Efficiency</li><li>Shift Timing: Any shift timing of 8 hours between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, (should be flexible with the shifts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>when did you complete your graduation?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
