Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Department: Operations Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations ManagerJob ObjectiveSupervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high-quality service delivery, achieve sales targets, and comply with approved quality and safety standards.Duties and Responsibilities1. Operational Supervision<ul><li>Monitor daily workflow within the restaurant.</li><li>Ensure the dining area and kitchen are fully prepared before opening.</li><li>Assign tasks to staff according to the work plan.</li><li>Handle operational issues promptly.</li></ul>2. Customer Service<ul><li>Ensure professional service is provided to guests.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve them immediately.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels.</li></ul>3. Team Management<ul><li>Supervise attendance, punctuality, and discipline.</li><li>Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures.</li><li>Evaluate staff performance and submit reports to management.</li><li>Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.</li></ul>4. Sales and Cash Handling<ul><li>Monitor daily sales and ensure targets are met.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of cashier operations and daily closing.</li><li>Review daily financial reports.</li></ul>5. Quality and Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.</li><li>Monitor product validity and proper storage.</li><li>Adhere to regulatory authority requirements.</li></ul>6. Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests.</li><li>Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts.</li></ul>Experience Required<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership and management skills.</li><li>Ability to solve problems quickly.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems.</li><li>Ability to manage a multicultural team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
