Head Chef (Seafood Restaurant)

We are seeking a professional Head Chef to lead a seafood restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes, along with the ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team efficiently while maintaining top standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
  • Develop and design seafood menu offerings
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Control costs and manage inventory
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in seafood restaurants
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Preferably currently based in Saudi Arabia

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
