Job Title: Web DeveloperJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing various web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain web applications.</li><li>Work with front-end and back-end technologies to build responsive websites.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly experience.</li><li>Optimize websites for speed and scalability.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li><li>Implement website features and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li><li>Ensure the security of websites and web applications.</li><li>Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate server-side logic with front-end user interface.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.</li><li>Experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js).</li><li>Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Laravel.</li><li>Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development.</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems like Git.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).</li><li>Knowledge of server-side technologies and web hosting.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).</li><li>Understanding of web security principles.</li></ul>Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
