Job Title: Web Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing various web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications.
• Work with front-end and back-end technologies to build responsive websites.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly experience.
• Optimize websites for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Implement website features and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure the security of websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate server-side logic with front-end user interface.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js).
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Laravel.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Knowledge of server-side technologies and web hosting.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of web security principles.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
