We're looking for a technically strong, hands-on ELV Team Lead who can manage a team on-site, handle installations, and ensure high-quality delivery.Job Summary:We are hiring an ELV Team Lead who will supervise field technicians, ensure proper installation of smart home and ELV systems, and act as the technical point of contact on-site. This role requires excellent knowledge of cable pulling, termination, basic CCTV setup, and IP networking. The ideal candidate should also be tech-savvy and able to work with apps, device configurations, and system dashboards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a small team of ELV technicians during installation projects.</li><li>Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks and ensure timelines are met.</li><li>Oversee cable pulling, termination (CAT6/CAT6a), and rack setup.</li><li>Install and configure CCTV systems (IP and Analog), NVRs, and remote viewing access.</li><li>Handle basic networking setup: assigning static IPs, router/switch config, and PoE devices.</li><li>Provide first-level troubleshooting and testing of installations.</li><li>Ensure installation quality, neatness, and documentation.</li><li>Train junior staff and guide them in technical execution.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers as needed.</li><li>Stay up to date with smart home technologies, applications, and system updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in ELV systems, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.</li><li>Strong hands-on skills in cable pulling, cable termination, and basic networking.</li><li>Experience with CCTV systems (preferably Hikvision, Dahua, or similar).</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, static IPs, port forwarding).</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with app-based configuration, firmware updates, and system dashboards.</li><li>Able to read drawings and follow installation diagrams.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Qatar ID with NOC or transferable visa.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with smart home platforms (HDL, KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, etc.)</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license</li><li>English or Arabic communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>CCTV &amp; Networking: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>
