Because this position involves direct interaction with international clients and managing US-facing campaigns, exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset are absolute requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.</li><li>Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and target audiences to maximize ROI.</li><li>Monitor daily spend, budget allocation, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).</li><li>Communicate directly with clients to present campaign strategies, provide performance reports, and align marketing efforts with their business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop compelling visual and text assets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Communication: Fluent, professional verbal and written English communication is mandatory.</li><li>Client Management: Proven experience in managing, presenting to, and directly dealing with professional clients.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience running profitable paid social media ad campaigns (experience in B2B or healthcare lead generation is a major plus).</li><li>Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Pixel setup, custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and analytics tools.</li><li>Availability: Ability to work the night shift consistently on-site at our Murree Road, Rawalpindi office.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package tailored to your experience.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities in a stable corporate environment.</li><li>Fixed Saturday &amp; Sunday off.</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Food in the house (Company provided meal)</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
