Job Description

QMedix Services, a growing healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing company, is seeking a talented, data-driven Social Media Ads Manager to join our team on-site at our Rawalpindi office.

In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple social platforms. Because this position involves direct interaction with international clients and managing US-facing campaigns, exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset are absolute requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and target audiences to maximize ROI.
• Monitor daily spend, budget allocation, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Communicate directly with clients to present campaign strategies, provide performance reports, and align marketing efforts with their business goals.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop compelling visual and text assets.

Requirements

• Communication: Fluent, professional verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• Client Management: Proven experience in managing, presenting to, and directly dealing with professional clients.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience running profitable paid social media ad campaigns (experience in B2B or healthcare lead generation is a major plus).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Pixel setup, custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and analytics tools.
• Availability: Ability to work the night shift consistently on-site at our Murree Road, Rawalpindi office.
