Position Overview</b></div><div></div><div><br>
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts &amp; Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of estate planning experience and be comfortable working with a diverse client base on complex estate, gift, and tax matters.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning</li><li>
Prepare and review related tax returns</li><li>
Manage estate and trust administration, including all aspects of Massachusetts probate and trust law</li><li>
Handle routine probate administrations from start to finish</li><li>
Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, and professional advisors</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Minimum 7 years of estate planning experience</li><li>
Strong understanding of probate and trust administration</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills</li><li>
LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required</li><li>
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple complex matters simultaneously</li></ul>
