With a fully-fledged delivery centre in Ahmedabad, India, and headquarters in Missouri, USA, we offer comprehensive financial solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare and review financial statements and reports by US GAAP.&middot; Ensure accurate ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close.&middot; Oversee accounts receivable/payable and manage banking transactions.&middot; Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting issues and queries.&middot; Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.&middot; Prepare and process invoices, journal entries, and expense reports.&middot; Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.&middot; Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.&middot; Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.&middot; Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP.&middot; Provide support for audits and ensure all necessary documentation is available.&middot; Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes.&middot; Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.Qualifications:&middot; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified&middot; Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.&middot; Experience with US accounting standards or working with international clients is a plus.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage.&middot; Excellent attention to detail, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.&middot; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.&middot; Strong verbal and written communication skills.&middot; Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting field.Perks and Benefits:&middot; Collaborative work environment with a supportive team.&middot; Competitive compensation package.&middot; Chance to work with diverse clients and industries.&middot; Alternate Saturdays off.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
