Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in outsourcing, accounting, or KPO hiring. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating assessments and interviews. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a positive hiring experience. The recruiter will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and contribute to efficient, timely, and quality hiring outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, candidate communication, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • Screen resumes, assess suitability, and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person).
  • Coordinate technical, logical reasoning, and language proficiency assessments for shortlisted candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs in accounting, finance, and KPO roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
  • Post job openings on multiple platforms (career pages, job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract top talent.
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Support HR administrative functions, maintain candidate databases, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Job Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in outsourcing, accounting, or KPO hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and resume databases.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
