Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for all roles across the retail, corporate, and manufacturing/design functions within the jewellery company in Mumbai. This role is key to sourcing and securing high-calibre talent that aligns with the brand's values and expertise requirements in the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates, including utilizing job portals, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Focus on sourcing specialized talent relevant to the jewellery industry (e.g., Gemologists, CAD Designers, Master Craftsmen, Luxury Retail Sales Associates).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and recurring roles.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the brand's luxury image.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company as an "Employer of Choice" in the Mumbai market and the wider jewellery sector.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/HR to enhance the company's online and offline employer brand presence.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and forecast future hiring needs.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

✅ Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrable experience recruiting for the Retail or Luxury/Jewellery Industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools/platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of roles specific to the jewellery industry and the Mumbai talent market.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and local language (e.g., Hindi/Marathi) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,255.23 - ₹50,000.00 per month
