Job Summary:

The Tele Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions across Kalamandir Jewellers’ showrooms and departments. The role involves handling recruitment calls, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring process in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates for recruitment and explain job openings.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Follow up with candidates during different stages of the hiring process.
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee referrals, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele-recruitment or HR sourcing (retail/jewellery experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
