Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks</li><li>Maintain records, files, and documentation</li><li>Manage emails, calls, and WhatsApp communication</li><li>Assist in data entry and basic reporting (Excel)</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and customers</li><li>Support sales and accounts team when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate preferred</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in admin role</li><li>Good communication skills (English &amp; Hindi required)</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Well-organized and multitasking ability</li><li>Candidate currently in UAE preferred</li></ul>Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; 3,000 (based on experience)Visa: Own VisaJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
