Administrative Assistant/Secretary

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Manage emails, calls, and WhatsApp communication
  • Assist in data entry and basic reporting (Excel)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers
  • Support sales and accounts team when required

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin role
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi required)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Well-organized and multitasking ability
  • Candidate currently in UAE preferred

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (based on experience)

Visa: Own Visa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
