This role provides strategic administrative and operational support that goes beyond traditional administrative support. We are seeking a systems-minded professional who can help design and improve workflows, leverage technology to automate routine processes, and bring structure and efficiency to executive and operational activities. If you are a administrative professional who thrives on creating structure, anticipating needs, and keeping complex operations running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.What our Executive Assistant will be accountable for at QPSI ?<ul><li>Serve as a strategic operational partner to leadership while managing multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities on key initiatives and action items.</li><li>Provide proactive executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and prioritization of daily activities.</li><li>Leverage technology and productivity tools to streamline administrative processes, automate routine tasks, and improve collaboration across teams.</li><li>Support the development of operational playbooks, documentation, and standardized processes that help teams execute work more consistently and efficiently.</li><li>Prepare executive presentations, reports, agendas, and communications with a high level of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.</li><li>Coordinate leadership meetings, executive offsites, and company events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, documentation practices, and operational processes.</li></ul>What qualified candidates must have to be successful at QPSI ?<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience providing senior/executive leadership support</li><li>Strong operational mindset with the ability to organize complex information, structure processes, and improve workflow efficiency.</li><li>Demonstrated experience using technology, automation tools, or collaboration platforms to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly, and remain organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and build effective working relationships with leadership, internal teams, and external partners.</li><li>Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.</li></ul>**What We Offer:**<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Commitment to work-life balance.</li></ul>**QPSI is an equal opportunity employer.
