<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or related experience are preferred</li><li>At least 4- 10 years of experience supporting end users providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues for all known operating systems</li><li>Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues</li><li>Experience in trouble shooting network, server and operating systems</li><li>Must have great skills in customer service skills</li><li>Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of hours and can managed to focus for several hours attending to the problems and solutions of the company&rsquo;s comer system</li><li>Using computers and computer systems to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information</li><li>Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources</li><li>Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events</li><li>Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems</li><li>Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person</li><li>Maintain computer networks to enhance performance and user access</li><li>Implement security measures for computer or information systems</li><li>Create electronic data backup to prevent loss of information</li><li>Develop computer or information security policies or procedures</li><li>Resolve computer network problems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,699.75 - $99,509.38 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
