Role: OTM Technical Lead (Upgrade Specialist)Experience: 10+ yrs.Mode: RemoteShift Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm ISTMust-have Skills:&middot; OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)&middot; OTM Upgrade / OTM 6.5.x&middot; OTM Technical Consultant / OTM Technical Lead&middot; OTM Configuration&middot; OTM Integrations&middot; OTM Workflows&middot; Oracle Database&middot; SQL / PL/SQL&middot; Stored Procedures&middot; Oracle DB Administration&middot; Middleware (WebLogic / SOA / Integration)&middot; Performance Tuning&middot; Logistics / Supply Chain DomainKey Responsibilities:&middot; Help lead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise/in-place) to version 6.5.3.&middot; Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.&middot; Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.&middot; Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.&middot; Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.&middot; Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.&middot; Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.Required Qualifications:&middot; 4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.&middot; Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.&middot; Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.&middot; Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.&middot; Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.&middot; Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.&middot; Background in logistics or supply chain is a plusJob Type: Contractual / TemporaryPay: From &#8377;500.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Oracle Transportation Management: 5 years (Required)</li><li>OTM 6.5.x: 1 year (Required)</li><li>OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
