Our innovative platform enables organizations to configure and optimize workflows with minimal coding, delivering agility and scalability across industries.We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst/Solution Designer to join our Product team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who has a passion for illustrating complex business processes and crafting compelling design documentation visually. This role will focus heavily on the delivery of pre-development / pre-configuration requirements and be a champion of the end solution with a strong emphasis on the end user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Designer (40%)<ul><li>Process Mapping:Use Visio to create detailed diagrams representing current and future business processes, ensuring workflows are clear and comprehensible.</li><li>Mock-up Creation: Design mock screens and wireframes to demonstrate the user interface and user experience, ensuring alignment with business needs and established style guides.</li><li>Validation and Testing: Assist in crafting test plans and scenarios to validate the delivery meets design specifications and business requirements.</li><li>Supporting Documentation: Create training materials and/or user guides ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new solutions by end users.</li></ul>Business Analysis Responsibilities (40%)<ul><li>Requirements Gathering: Conduct one-on-one or group working sessions to collect detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of needs and desired outcomes.</li><li>Gap Analysis: Analyze the differences between current processes and desired outcomes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication of the desired end result.</li><li>User Stories: Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, translating business requirements into actionable items for development teams.</li><li>Project Management Support: Assist in organizing and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring the project stays on track and within scope.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities (20%)<ul><li>Special Projects: Provide support and/or ownership of misc. projects as assigned.
