If you have a passion for precision engineering, mechanical assembly, and creating high-quality machinery, we encourage you to apply.Senior Mechanical Design EngineerWe are recruiting for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Successful candidates will need the following below to be considered:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design &amp; Modeling: Create 3D models and 2D detailed drawings of parts, assemblies, and tools.</li><li>Analysis &amp; Simulation: Perform FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to simulate and validate performance. Keen understanding of GD&amp;T concepts</li><li>Prototyping &amp; Testing: Build, test, and troubleshoot prototypes to ensure functionality and reliability.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), design specifications, and engineering change orders.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, electrical, and project management teams to ensure design feasibility and project timelines.</li><li>Design for Excellence (DfX): Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.</li><li>Foster a positive team environment</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Associates in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting or related field.</li><li>4-7 years minimum mechanical design, detail, checking and engineering experience with components, assemblies, drawing packages</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX Catia, AutoCAD).</li><li>Engineering Knowledge: Deep understanding of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes and GD&amp;T Concepts.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and perform engineering calculations.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.</li><li>Electrical, mechanical technical, or vocational training a plus</li><li>Certification training from a vocational training school or college with courses relevant to drafting and/or engineering principles preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $84,887.78 - $97,230.45 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Mechanical engineering: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
